We accept the following healthcare Insurances

​Here’s a list of health insurance providers, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) that cover residents in Washington, D.C. that we participate with

Medicaid & Medicare

  2. Medicare: Federal health insurance for individuals aged 65 and older, or those with certain disabilities.

  2. CareFirst Community Health Plan DC (formerly Trusted Health Plan): Offers medical and behavioral health services for Medicaid members.

  3. MedStar Family Choice DC: A Medicaid managed care organization provides primary care, specialist care, and behavioral health services to eligible residents.

  4. Health Services for Children with Special Needs (HSCSN): Provides services for children and young adults up to age 26 with special health care needs.

Commercial Health Insurance Plans

  2. Kaiser Permanente: Provides individual and group plans, with an integrated healthcare model where services are provided within their healthcare network.

  3. UnitedHealthcare: Provides health insurance plans for individuals, families, and employers, including Medicare and Medicaid options.

  4. Aetna: Offers various health plans, including Medicaid, Medicare, and individual marketplace coverage.

  5. Cigna: Provides individual, family, and employer-sponsored plans, with options for Medicare as well.

A DC Health Care Link representative is available on-site every Monday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 3 PM to assist with any questions, address challenges, and help you apply for health insurance.
